Student of the Month Speech Contest
On an annual basis, Laredo Gateway Rotary Club provides scholarship opportunities for high school seniors or early graduates. Each scholarship is worth $1,000 and is based on presenting a winning essay and speech at our Student of the Month Speech Contest. Each contest theme is based on a current events topic focused on the ideals of Rotary. Through the Laredo Gateway Rotary speech contest, students demonstrate their ethics, values, and goals.
